Miss Tasheika Adams
Founder & Head Educator

With over 15 years of experience in early childhood education, Miss Adams is committed to empowering educators through research-based practices and engaging, high-impact training.


Tasheika T. Adams is currently a Department of Children and Families–approved Child Care Foundational Trainer, an American Red Cross Licensed Training Provider, and a Start-Up Business Consultant. She is also a Wisconsin Registry Advanced Level Trainer and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. She formerly served as a WEESSN Business Coach and Early Head Start Monitoring & Compliance Manager with the Wisconsin Early Childhood Association.


Tasheika’s diverse, professional background includes owning and operating Wisconsin-licensed group and family child care programs, as well as holding licenses as a Real Estate Broker and Cosmetologist.

Through her success across multiple business ventures, she brings valuable firsthand insight into the challenges and rewards of entrepreneurship, with a strong focus on fostering community partnerships and advancing the delivery of high-quality care.
